Hot-and-sweet chicken breast.

I made this while I was home alone and needed a quick dinner. When I sank my teeth in it, it was a true OMG-moment.

Serves two.

What you'll need:
  • Two chicken breast filets.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • Chili. 
  • 2 tbsp honey.
  • 1/2 lemon.

What to do:
  • Slice the chicken in whatever way you want.
  • Melt the honey and mix in the salt, lemon and chili. Either do this in advance and let the chicken soak in the marinade for a while, or just mix it all in the pan.
  • Fry the chicken golden. The honey will add not only flavour, but also a delicious colour.
  • Serve with pasta or rice.
